The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) are deemed to have been agreed with the written reservation.
Extract: The accommodation contract is concluded upon acceptance of our offer. The following applies with regard to cancellation options:
 

• Free cancellation is possible up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date at the latest.
• Thereafter, the following cancellation fees will be charged: up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the package price, up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70% of the package price, in the last week before the date of arrival 90% of the package price.
• In the event of early departure or late arrival, the entire booked stay will be charged. With regard to the other contractual provisions, we refer to the AGBH 2006.
